Ching Yi graduated in 2015 and practiced full-time until pursuing a Joint PhD (Cookson Scholars Program) in 2020. She spent 1 year in the United Kingdom during her PhD candidature. She is currently a post-doctorate research fellow with Professor Laura Downie specialising in the immunology of the anterior eye.
